Shipping Policy
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
- Please allow 1–4 business days for order processing and dispatch (up to 2 days longer during the holiday season).
- Standard delivery time: 7–12 business days for orders shipped to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the EU.
- Note: Black Friday, Christmas, and other peak seasons may cause unexpected delays in dispatch and shipping.
📦 We primarily ship orders via FedEx, UPS, USPS, Canada Post, and Australia Post, but in some instances, we may use other carriers to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can only be canceled or modified within the first 24 hours after being placed. After this period, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.

Why Has My Order Not Shipped Yet?
As a small company, we work hard to keep up with demand, but during high-volume periods—such as Black Friday, Christmas, and special promotions—there may be a slight delay in processing orders.
Our warehouse team is working as quickly as possible to fulfill orders, but unexpected surges in demand may temporarily slow our shipping times. Additionally, shipping carriers themselves experience delays due to increased holiday shipping volumes, which can impact tracking updates and transit times.
- If your order has been assigned a tracking number but shows no movement, please allow up to 5 business days for the courier to update their tracking system.
- If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and you have not received tracking information, please contact us at mymanacook@gmail.com, and we will provide you with more details about the delay and an estimated shipping timeline.

What Do I Do If I Received the Wrong Item?
We take great care in fulfilling orders accurately, but as a small team, occasional human errors may occur in our warehouse.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us at mymanacook@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- The product you ordered
- The product you received instead
- Photos of the item and packaging to help us investigate
Once we verify the error, we will:
- Send you a replacement for the correct product at no additional cost.
- Offer a discount if you prefer to keep the incorrect item.
📢 Important: If you receive an incorrect item but do not report it within 14 days of delivery, we will assume the received item has been accepted in place of the ordered product.
My Order Shows Delivered, But I Haven’t Received It
If your tracking status indicates that your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it, please note that some carriers may mark a package as delivered up to 2–3 days before it actually arrives. This is especially common during peak shipping periods, such as major holidays.
Additionally, in an effort to prevent package theft, shipping carriers may deliver to a secure location such as a neighbor, building concierge, or parcel locker instead of directly to your door.
Here’s what to do:
- Check your email inbox for any delivery notifications from the carrier, as they may provide further details on the drop-off location.
- Look around your property (including porches, mailrooms, and side doors) in case the package was placed somewhere discreet.
- Ask neighbors or household members if they may have accepted the package on your behalf.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at mymanacook@gmail.com, and we will assist you with locating it and providing further information on next steps.
Why Did I Receive Only Part of My Order?
Due to the size and nature of certain products, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. While we strive to send all items together, factors beyond our control—such as warehouse processing times and carrier logistics—may result in some packages arriving separately.
If you have received part of your order and are still waiting on additional items, please allow a few extra days for the remaining packages to arrive.

Undeliverable Address Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
- Mana Cook is not responsible for orders not delivered due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
- If an incorrect address is provided, the package may not be delivered, and all related costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If you realize an error in your shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order, please contact us at mymanacook@gmail.com so we can attempt to update it before dispatch.
Lost or Stuck Packages
All orders include insured shipping & handling for added protection.
If your package is lost or stuck in transit, please contact us. While we do not have direct control over shipping carriers, we will work to resolve the issue.
- If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement with expedited shipping and full tracking (if possible).
